i worked at tampines swimming sports complex today! haha. it was my first time and i was posted at the learner's pool today. i must say, it was abit scary at first cause it was so packed and full so i got worried that if anything happens, i might be panicky and not know what to do. haha. but it turned out fine at the end of the day.
the full timers there were a bunch of nice guys and before the dinner break, the time seemed to pass very quickly cause i was stationed at the main tower to cover yong seng, a part timer, who went to buy dinner for everyone. i got to talk to the other senior life guards and it was interesting. :D time seemed to pass slowly after dinner though. haha. but nevertheless! i survived! wahaha.
alrighty so as promised, here are the pictures from the fina world cup gig yesterday that ah cham sent! :D but first, two pictures that he said i must post in return of getting the pictures from him. SEE! im nice kk. hahaha.
what can i say? i love the beach! (though im abit too red from all that sun..)

so in the end, despite the poor organisation and stuff at the end of the day, the jet skis in the afternoon and the thrill of sitting and riding it for a short while totally made up for it! :D
oh and if ure reading this, mr squid, il be there this saturday at 7.25pm at the airport to see your cute little butt clear customs, collect the luggage and walk through the gates and to me so that i can give you the biggest hug ever. so don't worry kk? :D i miss and love you.
