what a day. started at 8 in the morning. YAWN. hauled my ass off the bed at 6.30 am and rushed to school. reached just in time. then had straight 2 hours lectures. non stop. then had apel, a meeting with some of the main coms and the lecturers from 1 til like 4? haha yeah. me and isk made a quick get-away to go for our cds. THEN i had 2 hours of art. met sam and jel at mush after art and we went for life saving trial.

trial was fine. but i kinda got intimidated by the swimmers. i mean, they swim real fast man. its like there were these 2 girls i met, they used to swim competitively. its like they swam 50m within 41 seconds! like OMG. i only managed 51 seconds. har. the fatty prevails. HAHA. well i hope i can make it in the group. please let me receive that email or message. PLEASEEEEE! oh my gawd. i sound so desperate. haha. =X

after many weeks of preparation, a few days of STRESS, alot of shouting (to be heard), scrambling and changing of plans, the AMS FO camp has ended just like that. and im glad to say that though things didn't go as smoothly as possible with a few glitches, at least it worked out fine in the end. and i learnt quite a few things.

oh and not forgetting the freshies. hope you guys had fun and at least got to know each other from the different classes. haha.

well lets see i took only a few pictures with my handphone before it ran out off batt. most of the other junk is with YA and jel (GUYS! SEND ME THEM PICTURES ASAP!). haha. most of the volunteers and the main comm stayed over on thursday night for preparation. we played games and did photo soot for night walk til 11 plus, had prata til like midnight and then showered around 1am. slept only at 5 am. consequently for the second night, after all the packing and cleaning up, i slept at around 4 am? haha. was just joking with ryan that i really DID turn into a panda and he will have a panda for a sister. oh wells. it was all worth it.

i initially had alot of things to blog about today. but the sudden change in mood caused all the motivation of making this a happy post just left me. LIKE THAT. i dunno what the hell is wrong with me.

DAMN I HATE THESE MOOD SWINGS.

blame it all on PMS then. anyways will be gone for camp again from tomorrow til saturday. AMS FO camp this time. this should cheer me up. I HOPE.

i just realised that i havent posted an entry about the WE WILL ROCK YOU play i went to watch on sunday with squid, his mum and xuee.

well basically its a play about what happens to the world without REAL ROCK AND ROLL music in the future. and where rocking out and having an electirc guitar is illegal. haha. this play featured alot of songs from QUEEN, an awesome british band. hits like "We Will Rock You", "Bohemian Rapsody", "Bicycle" and so on were performed. seriously, i give it 2 thumbs up. the acting was great with the exception of the thick Brit accents. it was abit hard to understand at times. haha.

oh but the MAIN HIGHLIGHT for me was MIG AYESA! my oh my oh my! the 2nd runner up of Rockstar INXS is STILL capable of making my heart melt with those oh-so-blue eyes. SIGH. poor squid. had to put up with my sighs and squeals when he sings or makes a joke. HAHA. can so picture it right? mig ayesa's voice is still so beautiful to me. SIGH. *starry eyed*

first day of school. yes. had 3 lectures today. haha. it was great to see all my friends again and blah blah blah. well i admit, we were abit rowdy today during the lectures. but cannot be helped mah. haha.

anyways after school, went out with the montfort boys, hoon and jon. went to tm to walk walk and see see. then we had a tiny snack before leaving. leo had prata, jon and wei shayng had baked rice, hoon had some pancake thingy, darren had old chang kee (UNHEALTHY! HAHA) and i had a BIG-ASS scoop of rocky roads ice cream. YUMMY! haha. snacking with the boys is baaad. they eat alot and TEMPT you to join them.

anyways my second attempt to get the folks to buy me a macbook has been FOILED again. picture this: ME, armed with two macbook leaflets and a WIDE grin on my face. upon seeing my dad, before i could say anything, he was like, "NICE TRY, BUT TRY HARDER NEXT TIME." damn it. haha. why didn't he like play along even more? hahaha. oh wells. nevermind, i shall PRESEVERE.

was away these past few days for the engineering freshman orientation. was a mentor to the freshies of an AMS class together with jyun. 01 OEI! haha. had a great time during the orientation. got to know more of the freshies and do the MASS DANCE, which is always so fun. so technically, being a mentor, we had to stay over for 3 nights. it was fun. we climbed over the fences to get into the swimming pool area to bathe, walked around engine school to find a place to sleep, played mind games on the last night and had prata at 2am in the morning. haha. all this with the girls; jyun, col, hoon, wing, yi ning, irene and princess. =)

oh and had girls talk with hoon, col and jyun too. pity cheryl wasnt there. anyways the girls talk really helped clear some thoughts for me, with all the problems that occured at hand and that are anticipated to happen. haha. yes let just say aside from the fun from all orientation, there were some glitches here and there. lets just leave it that yes? haha.

engine didn't win anything again this year. but oh well, im sure we put up a good fight. especially during the olympiad in which we were second place. anyways the objective was to bond everyone together right! haha. ohmygawd i sound so teacher-ly. ugh.

anyways received some great news from squid on the second day. we have no school on FRIDAYS. shiok right? haha. but i end at 7pm on wednesday. and im the only one taking undertsanding the art. BOO. oh wells. well im gonna be busy next week, with the AMS camps coming up soon. whoohoo!








oh and you know what? the sore throat im having now is not caused by the screaming and shouting during camp but the pasta i had the night before. WARNING! DO NOT EAT GRILLED CHICKEN GARLIC PASTA FROM TCC.

had a day out with the boyfriend yesterday. my dear squido had a chance of being the toy boy yesterday. HAHA. X) as for today, its fine. went for rehearsal with aaron and then lunched with squid and xuee. aside from that, the day has been a slight disappointment. oh well. not everything goes your way right? haha. (note to self: stop expecting too much.)

so anyways il be going for camp from tomorrow til friday. yes MISS ME PEOPLE! haha. its gonna be a long one. hope this camp would be better. at least we get to meet the freshies! =)

i honestly missed my girls. REALLY. today has just proven to me how much i missed them. haha. ceremix had a meet up at my place today to celebrate sherry's birthday. it really has been awhile since we just hung out and behaved ridiculously silly. HAHA.

Had class chalet on wednesday til this morning. haha. well i would say this was an unforgettable and interesting chalet? the bungalow chalet that leo picked was fantastically huge! it has like a living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 rooms with a bathroom each! but unfortunately it had tons of mosquitoes. i spent the entire time scratching. haha but im not complaining. im still good. but i swear man, hoon's medical oil saved my life. thanks hoon! =)

so basically what we did during the chalet was just MAHJONG, poker, MAHJONG, swimming (catching in the water, without SWIMMING! haha) , MAHJONG, cycling, MAHJONG, watching abit of tv, MAHJONG, talking and catching up and MORE MAHJONG. serious. well the bbq on the second night was the BOMB though. the pineapple fried rice was AWESOME. so was the satay. col, jyun, leo and i tried baking the sausages in the oven. but they became swollen. wahaha. anyways props to leo for organising this whole 3 day 2 night thing. though it didn't turn out as expected, he did a great job. THANKS LEO!
