haha okay i know this comes abit late, since its already chu 4 and all. but i have BU-SY. haha. chinese new year is indeed jam packed with activities and ANG BAOS! =) okay so a quick run through on what i have been up to.. (this is gonna be a long post..)

Thursday:

First day of new year! woke up bright and early to visit my grandparents on my dad's side. then after that we rushed home to prepare a big vegetarian lunch for the wong family. everyone arrived and ate. we watched balls of fury and tried to talk to marcus kor who was in boston via skype but the web cam had some error. after that we went over to gawaine's house for coffee, then the WHOLE group of us (like 26 of us.. almost like a tribe! haha) headed to the first aunts house in sembawang. it was like TRADITION that every year, all of us cousins would sit around the snack table and eat up everything. haha. then after that, we headed to an aunts house near the kallang indoor stadium. the condo is sweeet man. get this, an apartment there costs about a million. whoo. we had dinner there and left.

Friday:

woke up abit late, went temple visiting to pray for the new year. after that had brunch at HK cafe and then the folks dropped me off at squid's. then we (squid, his sister and me) headed to his grandma's place in marine parade to play mahjong and ps3. haha. i lost like 6 bucks man. this is saaad. squid on the other hand, was on a winning streak. tsk tsk. no fair! nevermind, he bought dinner. hee. thanks squid! =) after that we sat down and watched this show called war of the dragon. kinda funny show in a lame way.

Yesterday:

spent the first half of the day helping mum with preparations for the dinner party. i made jelly and some chicken wings. hah! i can cook okay! haha. the party went okay i guess. dad's, ryan's and my friends came. unfortunately though, not alot of my friends came. only wei sheng, darren, leo, jor, cheryl, squid, arthur and qian hui. but its fine. haha. we still had fun playing the drinking game and blackjack. oh and yesterday, something INTERESTING happened! cheryl wore a dress yesterday! my my, she looked very pretty! haha. but then in the midst of all the excitement, we forgot to take a picture of her. oh darn. CHERYL! wear a dress more often! haha.

Today:

im gonna go visit my chinese tutor with my cousins then after which maybe head home and study. BOO! i hate exams. why must it be so near the ang bao season? sniff.
