chalet was GREAT. credits to nat and YA and all those who organised. it turned out fine, despite the heavy rain. haha. so anyways lets see il give a quick run through.
went to squid's house earlier to meet darren and borrowed bikes to cycle there. it was my first time on a roadie and i must say, it was TRAUMATIC at first. within a time span of like 2 hours on the way to east coast park, i ran into 5 accidents. thank goodness squid, darren and leo were there. haha. so anyways heres what happened..
FIRST: cycled on the road and i kinda freaked out, up to the extent i knocked down a cone which was used to barricade the cars off the road. haha. SECOND: was riding pretty fast and didnt hear squid tell me to slow down as there was a slope. before i knew it, i crashed straight into a concrete pole about half my size. THIRD: wanted to get off the bike but i was too short, so the bike fell on me and i fell down. just when i thought things was bad.. FOURTH: was going down a slope real fast when this kid appeared out no where and didnt move. instant collision man. the kid was still standing somemore. wah lao. FIFTH: was steering through the crowd when another kid came in front of me. i couldnt brake or turn in time and crashed into him. wah that was it man. it was the worst accident. i know it wasnt my fault but i can't help feeling bad. hes just a kid! oh well. so now i have like 7 bruises all over my legs and arms. sian. hurt like hell man.
well aside from the accidents, the chalet was good. we played, talked and cycled the night away. even thought it rained, it was still fun, not as bad as i expected. oh and kang brought his piggy and col brought her cheri. so we played dai di, the penalty style, where loser tag team would kiss. had a great time laughing at wei sheng and jor. haha. would have loved to watch sunrise but i was too dead asleep to go. =P so we checked out at 11am and then darren and i cycled back to squids place with the bikes. haha and im proud to say that i did not run into any accidents. woohoo! thanks to squid, darren and leo for supporting me all the way. hee. =)
